This role is responsible for supporting Team Leader / Cluster Head SME in growth of a strong credit portfolio by marketing SME banking products for the allocated region. Key accountabilities include: business development, relationship management, credit analysis, documentation of proposals, deal structuring, risk management and other transactions.
Job Description:
1. Business Development: Managing and Marketing SME Credit portfolio
2. Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients of the Bank and by structured calling / meeting program to identify new business opportunities.
3. Preparation of Credit Proposals: Prepare credit proposals, spreadsheet and financial modeling, qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, and industry risk analysis in a timely fashion.
4. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that client portfolios adhere to risk policy, procedures, reporting and provisioning requirements according to the State Bank of Pakistan.
